At The Purple Sage we lovingly make our products by hand in small batches. We use the finest quality vegetable and nut oils and exotic butters available. These oils and butters are chosen for the special properties they will add to the finished product. If you have specific concerns about cosmetic ingredients, such as emulsifiers or preservatives please contact us before ordering.
Shea Butter Body Silk ™ Hand Crafted Soap "One of Life’s Little Luxuries"
Looking for a luxurious natural soap to gently cleanse, moisturize and nourish your skin? Hand made soap is the answer. Our hand crafted bar soap is made with a balanced blend of six conditioning, moisturizing and cleansing vegetable oils, shea butter and cocoa butter. Pure food grade Olive Oil is the foundation of our bars, then we add a generous amount of unrefined Shea Butter to put them over the top. We do not use animal fats in our hand crafted soap.
Unlike mass produced commercial soap bars, hand crafted soap does not contain chemical hardeners, deodorants or anti-bacterial chemicals. That long list of chemicals on the label of commercial bars (they are not really soap) will not be found in hand crafted soap. Our whole oil handmade soap will not strip your skin of it's natural oils. Hand made soap retains the moisturizing glycerin that is extracted from commercial bars.
Our luxury hand crafted soap bars produce lots of bubbles and extra creamy lather. Hand crafted soap provides wonderful moisturizing for your skin and will impart a soft and silky feel. Hand made soap is mild and gentle on your skin. You will notice a difference in your skin after using hand crafted soap. We are sure it will be a difference you will like.
There is a difference in quality, performance and price between us and other handmade soap. You can buy for less but why not buy the best? These are not your ordinary bars of soap, these are extraordinary.
Our bars weigh 4.5 ounces. We pour and cut by hand so weight varies slightly.
